Mr. Eric Bewule is the current Board Secretary of BEAT Co-operation Credit Union Limited after elected as a Board member in the 2024 Annual General meeting, having been a member of this prestigious union since 2009.
MANDATEMy mandate as Board Secretary of the credit union includes:
MEETING MANAGEMENT: Preparing agendas in collaboration with the chairperson, organizing logistics, distributing board papers in advance, and ensuring efficient productive meetings.
MINUTES DOCUMENTATION: Recording, producing, and securely maintaining accurate minutes, resolutions, and official records.
COMMUNICATION CONDUIT: The Board Secretary acts as a vital link between the board, management, committees, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow. I serve as the administrator to the Board and effectively hold the union's “corporate memory,” ensuring that decisions are documented, tracked, and implemented.
Mr. Bewule has been a professional teacher since 2007 and has been a teacher in administration for over a decade, contributing his quota to the development of education.
Mr. Bewule is currently the Headmaster of Kutre No. 2 RC Basic. who doubles as the coordinator of Catholic Schools in Berekum Municipality, former vice chairperson of Conference of Heads of Basic Schools (COHBS)
Mr. Bewule holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and has further enriched his knowledge through numerous training and workshops.
Notwithstanding the busy schedule as an educator and Board Secretary, Mr. Bewule serves his community.
He is currently the vice chairperson of St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church welfare and former president of Catholic Organization for Social and Religious Advancement (COSRA) association in the catholic church.
He enjoys watching football and reading.
